JEFFREY TUBBS is President of JDT International Inc., a firm specializing in the consultation of Public / Private Partnerships in Urban Planning and Real Estate Development. Tubbs holds a Master’s Degree in Urban Planning from the University of Pennsylvania and has 8 years of experience working for the Redevelopment Authority of the City of Philadelphia navigating an extremely daunting political landscape.  JDT was formed in 2008 and for 2 years was a consultant for PRA Development, a National Commercial Real Estate Development Company. Tubbs traveled along the Eastern Seaboard from Connecticut to Florida consulting on large commercial projects ranging from Hotel development to large-scale condominiums and apartment complexes.  JDT has since been responsible for the development and rehabilitation of over 20 units of housing in the Philadelphia region. Tubbs is also a licensed Real Estate Broker having closed over $10,000,000 worth of sales transactions over the past 5 years. JDT has a philanthropic Initiative of its own. Tubbs is also the founder of URBAN ROOTS, a 501(c)(3) organization that is dedicated to revitalizing communities by enhancing development projects through mentoring youth and fine art. Through their extensive network that they have been fostering over the past decade in the public/private/non profit sectors. JDT and Urban Roots are poised to make a socially tremendous impact in local communities.

DOMESTIC GOODS, LLC is a real estate development and consulting firm established in 2013. In addition to the Frankfordian, Domestic Goods, in partnership with JDT International, is developing three town houses on Abigail and Amber Streets (under construction), and a 21-unit new construction, mixed-use condominium on Frankford Avenue (in the entitlement phase). Other office experience includes Project Management assignments of various product types, including new construction residential, commercial renovations (including historically designated properties) and new construction retail projects.

Situated inside a construction and demolition waste recycling company in northeast Philadelphia. Since 2010, RAIR has provided a platform for artists, designers, educators and clients at the intersection of art, industry and sustainability, while producing content that challenges perceptions of waste culture.
